Accessing company settings
In the sidebar, click your company name to open the tenant menu, then select Company Profile or Settings.Company information
This is the core business information used on invoices and other documents sent to clients. Fill in all fields accurately:Name
Your official company name as registered with Bolagsverket (the Swedish Companies Registration Office). This appears on all client-facing documents.Organization number (organisationsnummer)
Your Swedish organization number. For sole proprietors (enskild firma), this is typically your personal identity number (personnummer). For limited companies (AB), it is the company’s registration number. Getting this right is important — it appears on every invoice and is required for valid Swedish business documents.VAT number (momsregistreringsnummer)
Your Swedish VAT registration number, formatted as SE followed by your organization number and a two-digit suffix (for example, SE5501011234-01). This is required on invoices if you are VAT-registered.Address, phone, and email
Your company’s business address, phone number, and contact email. These appear on invoices and are used for client correspondence.Branding
Company logo
If your subscription plan supports it, you can upload a company logo that appears on invoices and other client-facing documents. This adds a professional touch to your communications. For best results:- Use a high-resolution image (at least 300px wide)
- PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best
- JPG is also supported but may not look as clean on white backgrounds
Defaults
Default hourly rate
Set the hourly rate that new gigs start with. You can override this on each individual gig, but having a sensible default saves time when creating new work.General markup percentage
If you mark up expenses when billing clients (for example, adding a handling fee to subcontractor costs), set the default markup percentage here. Individual gigs can override this value.Reporting frequency
Choose how often timesheets should be submitted. This sets the default for new gigs and helps your team know when time reports are expected.Company documents
Upload important documents that you share with clients or need for your business operations:- Terms and conditions — your standard contract terms
- Insurance certificates — proof of professional liability or other insurance
- NDAs — non-disclosure agreements for sensitive projects

Frequently asked questions

No. Previously sent invoices keep the company name used at the time of creation. New invoices will use the updated name. Can I change the default hourly rate after creating gigs? Yes. Changing the default only affects newly created gigs. Existing gigs retain their individually set rates. What file formats are supported for the logo? PNG, JPG, and SVG are supported. PNG or SVG with a transparent background is recommended. Is the VAT number required? It is required if your company is registered for VAT (moms). If you are not VAT-registered, you can leave this field empty and your invoices will not include VAT.Company settings are separate from your personal profile.
