What is Visma?
Visma is one of Scandinavia’s largest business software providers. Their cloud-based accounting product, Visma eEkonomi, is popular among Swedish freelancers and small businesses. It handles bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting. Why connect Aourly to Visma?
The integration removes the manual step of entering data in two places. When you work in Aourly, the relevant data is automatically pushed to or pulled from Visma:- Invoices created in Aourly are pushed to Visma
- Customers are synchronized to keep your client database consistent
- Vouchers are synced for proper bookkeeping records
- Accounts and financial years are pulled from Visma so Aourly uses the same chart of accounts
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:- An active Visma eEkonomi account
- Owner-level access to your Aourly company
- Your Visma login credentials ready
