Forgot your password? Aourly makes it easy to regain access to your account through a secure email-based reset process.
Step 1: Click Forgot Password
Navigate to the Aourly login page. Below the email and password fields, click the Forgot Password link to open the password reset form.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Type the email address you used when you registered for Aourly. Click Send Reset Link to proceed.
Tip: For privacy and security, Aourly displays the same confirmation message regardless of whether the email address is associated with an account.
Step 3: Check Your Inbox
Open your email inbox and look for a message from Aourly about resetting your password. The email contains a unique, one-time link to set a new password.
If you do not see the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait a minute or two — delivery can occasionally be delayed
- Try again from the login page if needed
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
Step 4: Set a New Password
Click the reset link in the email. You will be taken to a secure page where you can enter your new password. Type your new password, confirm it, and click Reset Password.
Tip: Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, including a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. A password manager can generate and store strong passwords for you.
Warning: Reset links expire after a limited time for security reasons. If your link has expired, go back to the login page and request a new one.
After Resetting
After successfully resetting your password, you can log in with your email and new password. Update your password manager if you use one, so you do not need to go through the reset process again.
Changing Your Password While Logged In
If you are already logged in and want to change your password proactively:
- Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left of the sidebar
- Select Profile to open your user settings
- Find the password section
- Enter your current password, then your new password and confirmation
- Save the changes
