Why Verification Is Required
Email verification serves several important purposes:- Account security — Confirms that you control the email address linked to your account
- Invoice delivery — Aourly sends invoices and payment confirmations via email
- Notifications — Time-sensitive alerts about approvals, payments, and gigs are sent to your email
- Password recovery — If you ever need to reset your password, the reset link goes to your verified email
Step 1: Find the Verification Email
After completing registration, Aourly automatically sends a verification email to the address you provided. Open your email inbox and look for a message from Aourly.Tip: The email typically arrives within seconds, but may take up to a few minutes depending on your email provider. If you cannot find it, check your spam or junk folder — some email providers filter automated messages.
Step 2: Click the Verification Link
Open the email and click the Verify Email Address button or link. This takes you back to Aourly and confirms your email ownership.Step 3: Continue Setup
After verification, you will be redirected into Aourly where you can continue with creating your company and getting started with the platform.Resending the Verification Email
If you did not receive the email or the link has expired, you can request a new one:- Go to the Aourly login page and log in with your email and password
- You will see a verification required screen with a message asking you to check your email
- Click the Resend Verification Email button
- Check your inbox again (including spam/junk) for the new email
Tip: You can resend the verification email multiple times if needed. Each new request invalidates previous links, so only the most recent link will work.
Verification Link Expiration
For security, verification links expire after a set period. If you click an expired link, you will see a message indicating it is no longer valid. To fix this, log in and click Resend Verification Email to get a fresh link.Common Issues
