Creating your Aourly account is the first step toward managing your freelance business. For Swedish users, BankID is the fastest way to get started — your identity is verified instantly with no password needed. BankID is the primary registration method for Swedish users. It verifies your identity securely and fills in your details automatically.
  1. Go to the Aourly website and click Register with BankID
  2. Authenticate with BankID — scan the QR code or open the BankID app on your device
  3. Your name and personnummer are verified automatically — no password needed
After authentication, your account is created and you are logged in immediately.

Choose Your Path

After registering with BankID, you choose between two paths:

I Have a Company

If you already have a registered Swedish company:
  1. Select I have a company
  2. Aourly automatically looks up your company engagements from Bolagsverket
  3. You see a list of companies where you are registered (board member, owner, signatory, etc.)
  4. Select the company you want to use — its details are pre-filled (name, organization number, and more)
This works for all Swedish company types: aktiebolag (AB), handelsbolag (HB), enskild firma, and others.

I Don’t Have a Company (Worknode)

If you don’t have a registered company, you can still work through Aourly using Worknode:
  • Worknode acts as your employer — you receive a salary instead of invoicing clients directly
  • No company registration, bookkeeping, or VAT handling required on your part
  • Ideal for getting started quickly or for those who prefer not to run their own company

Register with Email

If you don’t have Swedish BankID, you can register with email instead:
  1. Go to the registration page and select Register with email
  2. Enter your name, email address, and choose a password (minimum 8 characters)
  3. Click Register to create your account
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email from Aourly and click the verification link
If you don’t see the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
After verifying your email, you will be guided through creating or joining a company.

Invited Users

If you received an invitation link from someone who already uses Aourly, click that link instead of registering through the homepage. The invitation guides you through a simplified registration and automatically connects you to their company with the role they assigned.

No. BankID is the fastest way for Swedish users, but you can also register with email and password. Some features like automatic company lookup from Bolagsverket require BankID.
Company engagements come from Bolagsverket. If your company was recently registered, there may be a delay before it appears. You can also add your company manually by entering the organization number.
Yes. Aourly supports companies in multiple countries. However, some features like BankID verification and Fortnox integration are specific to Swedish businesses.
Yes. New companies receive a free trial period to explore all features before choosing a subscription plan. No credit card is required to start.
Click the invitation link in the email you received. You will be guided through registration and automatically added to the company that invited you.
This means an account already exists with that email address. Try logging in instead, or use the Password Reset flow if you have forgotten your credentials.
